In the framework of a EU co-funded research programme part of the Media Councils in the Digital Age project, AADJ/CDJ is looking for a first stage researcher in juridical science / IT media law (6 months full time).

• Job description

Under the coordination of the Secretary General of AADJ/CDJ, the research focuses on a comparative approach of regulation and self-regulation applicable in Europe to information and journalism, as well as on their possible coordination mechanisms. The research is based on both an in-depth qualitative analysis of selected cases and an online survey.

The appointment will be for six months beginning in April 2022.

• Your profile

The ideal candidate will have, at the time of appointment, completed a Master’s degree in Juridical Science, with a focus on Media Law.

Specific knowledge – or an experience –  in media regulation and journalistic self-regulation is desired.

All work-related interactions are in French and in English / excellent English writing skills are essential.

The ideal candidate is also autonomous, organised, rigourous, reliable with a good analytical mind.
